My hotel room was recently renovated and reasonably sized with blackout curtains. Very central location was a plus. - the area was very posh, a characterful base for me.

It is a hotel in which I have been every time I travel to London, I adopted it as my home, good service, very good breakfast, ideal location in front of Green Park, steps from the Picadilly Line -subway-, a few steps from downtown, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, British Museum, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. It also has a luggage store, where you can leave your bags if you go to other places and come back with a reservation.

Sometimes the breakfast room is crowded because of the number of passengers and number of seats available. Some rooms lack a fridge, it happened to me on this last trip that the first room I was given did not have one and when I returned in the new room it did. that they do not replace the toiletries in their entirety, daily.

the location of the hotel was central, near london, east to picadilly and buckingham palace. the room was luxurious and practical with 2 double beds. the staff were efficient at the reception desk and breakfast was rich.

Very well maintained building and rooms with 2 double beds. Very efficient staff. Varied and above-average breakfasts including vegetables. Perfect and incredible location, not too far from Buckingham Palace.

It was cold. I did not like the bathroom; it was not very clean either. Some tubing did not work. It was cold.

This place offers modern and tidy rooms with housekeeping services, and the check-in process is fast and check-out is effortless.
